The property is located not far from the popular town of Uzès and just 6km from the emblematic Pont du Gard. The majority of the vineyard plots surround the production and residential buildings in a peaceful setting of olive groves and vines.

The vineyards have been certified organic since 2010.

 The estate offers a highly efficient work unit with production facilities of approximately 700m² divided into three buildings.

The winery is an extremely efficient work facility enabling the production of high quality wines. It comprises a range of wine vats with a total capacity of 3084 Hl in a majority of relined cement (1826 Hl) and fibreglass tanks (780 Hl).

The estate covers a total of 32 ha of organically farmed vines, 6 ha of which are farmed via a tenancy lease.

The majority of the vines are planted with Grenache Noir (36%) and Syrah (34%) followed by Carignan (9%) and Cinsault (9%).

13 ha (or 40%) of the vineyard is classed AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages. 17 ha (54%) are classed AOP Côtes du Rhône and the remaining 2 ha are classed IGP.

The estate boasts a renowned brand-image. Sales are strong with a well-established  network both in France and abroad.

Just 15% of sales are made via the estate wine shop, which offers a potential for expansion in this sector. The property wine shop is attractive and welcoming and the proximity of tourist sites (Pont du Gard, Uzès, Avignon and the Palais des Papes…) make the expansion of on-site sales a real opportunity for development. A covered terrace could also be used to promote summer sales at the winery.

The sale of the property includes the possibilty to purchase the fully renovated house located not far from the farm buildings on 28 ares of grounds. The house can accommodate up to 8 people and incudes a terrace and private swimming pool overlooking the surrounding olive groves.
